Do we pay per user?
No. Users are unlimited on every plan. Bringing legal counsel or a subject matter expert onto a case costs nothing.
Is redaction an add-on?
No. Redaction proposals and the review and lock step are included everywhere.
What if our request volume spikes?
Requests are unlimited. Plans are sized on the agency, not on how busy a year turns out to be.
What happens to our data?
